MERRY WIDOWS

   The Merry Widows will have a Valentine luncheon party in the Fellowship Hall at 11:30 a.m. on Tues., Feb. 16. Come and enjoy delicious food served by the officers, plus games, good fellowship and devotions. You must call 275-3606 or 279-2806 to make reservations. This is a great time to ask a friend and let’s get “geared-up” for a new year of events.

HELP NEEDED! FEBRUARY QUIZ MEET

   The Bible Quiz Meet will be here on Sat., Feb. 13! Sign up at the Welcome Center or in your Sunday School Class today or Feb. 7 to house quizzers from other churches. Help will also be needed for Set-up and Clean-up! Adult Sunday School classes are being asked to bring different food items to feed the quizzers lunch. Sign up in your Class today or Feb. 7 to bring the items requested.

IN HIS NATURAL WORLD HIKE

   Join us on Sat., Feb. 20 for a winter Hike to a beautiful nature preserve near Harrodsburg. This property, owned by Sycamore Land Trust, has over a mile of trails through cedars and hardwood forest. Andy Ritter, a Forestry student at Purdue and Jessica Callahan, a Wildlife Biology student, will show how to identify the trees and wild creatures. There will be special activities for children. All ages are welcome! Bring binoculars if you have them. We will leave the church at 1 p.m. and return around 4 p.m.

BOY SCOUT SOUP SUPPER

   Boy Scout Troop 332 will have its annual Soup Supper on Sat., Feb. 20 from 4-8 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Suggested donation is $5 for adults, $2.50 for children age 4-6 and children under 4 are Free! Tickets are available from any Scout member or Leader.

OLYMPIC VILLAGE SOCIAL

   On Sunday, March 7, we will have a social in the Fellowship Hall on the theme “Olympic Village”. Join us at 6 p.m. for Olympic games, food and fellowship. Watch for more details.
