The purpose of the Missions Committee is to promote awareness of Free
Methodist Missions and the opportunities to serve in mission projects at
home and abroad.  The Committee also helps raise monies for the support of
missionary families.

Our Missions Goal for this year is $52,500.  This helps to support the five
following families:
Michael & Maria Long (Greece); Mike & Vickie Reynen (Africa); Kay Stotts-Godoy (Latin America); Jim & Deb Wilson (Philippines); David & Sherill Yardy (Asia).

In the last few years our church has sponsored teams to serve in Haiti,
Greece, Kosovo, Mexico, Panama and Antigua, and in the United States at
Oakdale Academy in Kentucky, Olive Branch Mission in Chicago, and in
Mississippi for Katrina Relief.  We have supported the S.E.E.D ministry,
which is a self-help program for developing churches in various nations.
Many of our families give regularly to support the International Child Care
Ministries.
