PROJECT BARNABAS

   We are in need of more cotton material to cut into quilt blocks, as well as sheets and pillow cases for use in their hospitals. Our most pressing need is to have more volunteers to cut the quilt blocks. We meet on the first Monday of the month in the Fellowship Hall from 9-11:30 a.m. (unless it’s a holiday) then we meet on Tuesday. The next meeting is Monday, March 1!

SECRET SISTERS BRUNCH

   The Secret Sisters Brunch has been POSTPONED until Sat., Feb. 20 and will be held in the Youth Building instead of the Fellowship Hall! Ladies, If you are a Secret Sister or wish to be one, join us on Sat., Feb. 20 at 10:30 a.m. in the YOUTH BUILDING for Brunch. This past year’s Secret Sisters will be revealed and new ones will be drawn. See you there!


HAITI UPDATES AND INFORMATION

You can go to the following link to see updates on the FM Missionaries in Haiti after the Earthquake on January 12, 2010. It also supplies a link to give to the "Help Haiti Heal Fund" through the FM World Missions. Continue to pray for the Haiti community as they deal with this devistating situation. As of Jan. 24, the Bedford Congregation has raised over $11,100 for "Help Haiti Heal".

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2010

Friendship Meal in Fellowship Hall from 5-6:30 p.m. The Menu for Feb. 10 is: Beef Stroganoff; Green Beans; Salad; Dessert & Drinks. (Hotdogs and Peanut Butter & Jelly will always be available as an alternative each week.)

FRIENDS (children) meet at 6:45 p.m. in the Youth Bldg.

STORM (teens) meet at 7 p.m. in the Youth Bldg.

Adult Study meets at 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

Worship Choir meets at 7 p.m. in Room 205.


B.L.A.S.T.

   B.L.A.S.T. Rehearsal for children will begin again on Sunday, Feb. 7, at 4 p.m. in the upstairs Youth Building. This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to learn various musical aspects. The Children will perform in various upcoming services. If you have any questions, see Pastor Neal or Lynn Hartzell.


ALL CHURCH VALENTINE BANQUET

   Our all-church Valentine Banquet will be on Friday Feb. 12 at 6:00 p.m. at Spring Mill Inn. Please sign up at the Welcome Center if you are planning to attend. Cost is $15.00 per person.
